The more info we have the better we can help. Can you grab a screenshot of the screen you are stuck on, the platform and what if any troubleshooting you have done?

I have the same problem. I haven't been able to get into the game and only get as far into loading it as the screen with the red background and the portal person standing in front of the bird boy and shield bloke. Help me out.
