Apex Legends Orange Outlines

On Apex legends There have been about 6 times i have died in a range of this season where i have immeditale seen orange outlines on some players. It isn't always the person who killed me, but i see it here and there. I have no idea what this is, and it is highly annoying. I have never cheated a day in my life, so, I have no idea why i am seeing this. Please help.
