My apex legends account had been banned by mistake.Please check my account again.I played apex from first season,I played in this game from make only 60-200 damage per game to over 3000 damage in my higest damage in one game.I even recharge over 100 dollor apex gold coins and my accout have not any ban history.But my account had been banned by mistake.Because I played apex on a hotel`s computer,and then my account been banned.Maybe that computer have been cheater played and cheat,so it had been banned with it IP addresss.But as a customer of hotel.how can I konw other`s computer have been banned before I played in my account?And then my accout had been banned to today.I played this game form first reason in 2019 February until my account had been banned by mistake in 2021 March.I have no reason to cheat in this game.I have send my case to you team times, but it dosen`t work any thing,ti make me so upset, maybe it still have a lot asain hate in you team?Check my account again and unban my account please.Thank you.
