I’ve tried multiple times in the last week, everyday and haven’t had an email sent. Made new accounts, new emails, nothing is working. I just want to play the game.

Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

Have you tried adding a secondary email or phone number to your account?
I know it’s not a direct fix but it may help receive verification.

Yeah, I’ve made multiple. I don’t understand what’s going on at all.

I’m on Xbox not PC

Whenever I go to contact tech support, I can never get through the “Select Contact Option”. I’m about to make an entirely new Microsoft account. Cause this is some mad BS

Hey @CBBrusseau if on Xbox then you can just change PC to Xbox when creating your case.
I tested it there and was able to make a case without any issue, can you try a different browser to see if you see the same issue?

Either way it does not work. Have spent a decent amount of money on this account and have no access to it now. Have already made another account. Unless someone can walk me through this, that account is gone. 😂

Hey @CBBrusseau you need to speak with our live support team using the steps posted above, if you have a secondary account you can try to create the account on it to see if you see the same issue.
