Anthem on PC using 100% CPU

Strange: using a old Nvidia GTX 780  I7 CPU @ 3,4 GHZ  16 gb RAM 
Running the Game @ Medium - High (autosuggested) without any problems regarding stuttering, framedrops.

CPU shoots up to the 90 % at max during loadingscreens but temperature remains stable.

Only RAM usage, Connectivity and gamebreaking Bugs are problems for me... Oh well... EA at its best.

I have the exact same CPU as another poster, i7 7700k but mine is OC'd to 4.8 ghz and my CPU usage never gets above 55% in Ft. Tarsis, on missions etc.

running on high settings had to step down after lunch today, the Bazaar likes to spike video. other than that FP and missions im at 56% ish CPU

I've strangely not had this issue at all, though most of my twitch/clan friends have. My specs

Why is it a bad thing that the game use 90-100% CPU during game play?
I mean other than the CPU is probably bottlenecking the GPU (unless you also have GPU going 100%)
The insane amount of fps on load screen etc could easily been fixed if Bioware just used the options FB3 gives. In Battlefield you can both limit the fps in settings and through the FB3 console. Why this is not possible in Anthem is a mystery (Well console port is obvious)

I have the same problem with CPU usage. It's very high all the time and I don't know why. 
And with that comes the microstuttering. It's not the FPS drop, it's something else. These little lags are causing the gameplay to be less enjoyable unfortunately. I turned off the chromatic abberation and it helped a little (I thought the problem is connected with GPU somehow but that's not it apparently). All drivers are up to date, of course. Anyone has this problem too? It's everywhere: in the city and in the world.

Here's my specs:

My cpu goes up to 60-70% and this is only game that does this , in comparison Apex Legend only uses 14% of my cpu at its max

I have the same problem, the LEDs of my box left yesterday to work due to the overheating that the game gives to my computer, who will be responsible for what happened?

I, too, am a PC noobie (literally just purchased a new Alienware Aurora R7 with i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz). I am completely new to this (usually just game on my Xbox One X).

A - should I tinker with the settings w/ Nvidia Control Panel or leave those be?
B - I love me a 4k game, but can't get 4k/60fps on Anthem (and my display is only 60hz, but can do 4k and HDR). Is HDR even an option in Anthem? Think I read it will be on the 22nd?
C - I am not getting a consistent 60fps on Ultra, so I lowered it to 1440p on Ultra and that's nearing 50-60 max. Is this normal? Is this ok?

Any suggestions on making this improved or it is what it is?

I was getting same issue but found slight fix

Boredless Window with V sync Enabled - remember this is a console port. if you put graphics setting to low you will get 100% cpu.
