having the same issue...watched all 6 videos but i cant sign up...i tried on firefox and edge but all i get is "You have failed to signup, please try again".

how to solve this? please help!

I can not get it either, ( I am really tired of all the Time spent watcing the same thing over, and over ), do I have to check the Box that say's i want to receive all the Junk mail EA can send ? [ Yes, I want to receive emails from EA about Mass Effect as well as EA products, news, events, and promotions. ]

  I do not want extra things going to my Email, it is hard enough to keep clean.  I have had stuff like that flood my Email before, and It is really hard to get rid of, I don't care how easy they say it is to Opt out, it is not.
