Alt+F4 banned

A ban was received for using Alt + F4. The account has a large amount of money invested, I would not want to lose it. Can I find out when the temporary ban on my account ends? And why did Shroud not do anything for using Alt + F4, but ordinary people suffered?

As i heard ban length is based on how many times you abused Alt+F4. Maybe Shroud did it few times and you few hundred times.

In any case you can expect ban on at least few months.
