I would love to see this game again as well, I remember having a lot of fun with it when I was younger.
It doesn't appear to be on any online PC gaming storefronts what-so-ever.
According to Wikipedia...
It was developed by Digital Extremes, the people behind several (if not all) of the Unreal games, Warframe, and more.
Digital Extremes seems to have at least at one point or another had a good relationship with Epic Games, but I don't believe that platform really caters to bringing back classics.
And it was published by Electronic Arts (EA) (Origin, etc.), so putting it on Origin would make sense, because EA published it and all that.
Though, I'm not entirely convinced they (you'd) be concerned with bringing back too many classics either (there's just so many).
Steam would be fine for it, nothing really more to say on that.
But...
If nothing else I think bringing it to GOG would be great, pretty much the entire purpose of that platform is to bring back and preserve old and/or classic video games.
