Adding a picture to your profile

I've looked @ the help options in game and that next weird step it takes you to, and still haven't found the answer. I'm sure the answer is simple and I'll look like an idiot but I'd really like to be able to add a profile pic.

You add a profile picture by linking your account to facebook. Once linked to facebook you have the option to use your profile photo as your in-game picture.
