Activating Product

Hi!

I'm downloading the 7 days trial of Battlefield 4 and I'd like to know that when the game time expires and I have the original product key, can I activate it and not have to download it all over again? If so, then how can I activate it?

Battlefield 4 Trail is available only for seven days. When 7 days will be passed, you won't be able to play Trial. Trail version counts only days as far as I know (No exact time in hours). 

If you have a product code for Battlefield 4 full game, then you can activate it via your Customer Portal or Origin client. Please check this article for information: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/redeem-your-serial-code-in-origin/

From what I know, in Battlefield 4 case you will have to re-download the game again as a full game.

I'm under the impression that most of the trial game assets should be usable with the final game. You may need to download more content if you get the DLC, but it should be less than installing from scratch.
