Achievements in league gone?

In NBA live mobile......our achievement players are gone from the league.......we were almost ready to get one......scalabrine.....and today they are not even showing up in the achievements of our league.  ???   Why???  We were so close to getting him........and the other one.

Also,when do the tournaments start and how can you make them?  What rating must you have?
