Long story short, ive been playing massively Apex Legends, and my account got suspened for 1 week out of blue for my avatar which ive been using it since 2015, i havent received any warning email anything at all, i opened a case 10 days ago, still havent received feedback, first time happening to me with any gaming company, this lack of seriousness is shocking me, I havent uploaded a single apex content on my channel for 1 week. and theres no live chat option from my country, what can I do to fasten this situation im in, ive invest thousands of gaming hours and dollars in this account. Whats worse after suspension I've received three of the same emails and i cant change the avatar. and I still havent got any feedback to my case.
Has anybody ever been in this position Im shocked ?

@Alphabets As I understand they're different teams and different specialisations, and it's possible the avatar was reported.
@TigersMillk From your description of the ban going long and the duplicate mails there may be a system error there, we'll see if there's anything we can see on our end.
Just for general info/clarity this isn't us being able to interject around a ban, but what appears to be an error around the application of the ban, as folks should get one mail that clearly states ban length.

Oh yeah tell me then how this pic is, offensive, harassing, vulgar, or abusive to anyone, its the toy gun or the cigarettes? ?, its not even me... Its Very Unprofessional, Unfair, Abusive from EA to suspend accounts for an avatar on the fly without even sending an email notice, Whats even worse it says youre suspended for 1 week, and 10 days have passed and im still suspended. im waiting for the case response for 1 week, Thanks EA

@TigersMillk There's a rule that says don't use personal photos as your avatar. They do often edit out drug references in people's threads, so the cigarette might also be the issue. Most likely it's both, so they just put it under "offensive / harrassing / vulgar / abusive".

Thats what I'm saying amigo, from 2015 the rules have changed multiple times, atleast i should have gotten a warning, but im seeing its not only me , theyre on a suspension streak this month left right up down, it doesnt matter for them how long youve been buying their games, or what reputation you have as a customer, its been 11 days now still suspended, im really disappointed...

Youre an expert and you should know that these terms and conditions when they change they dont send you an email... ive never been notified about avatar change rules and terms of conditions on my email ever .... im using this only single account since 2015 i havent open a new account, your excuses are pointless, have a nice day .
