 Hello 

  My account just got locked last week for no reason ,  and I would like to know what should I do to unlock it 

 I tried to contact EA customer service but there was not a chat option

 However I did manage to send an email to EA customer service But they still want me to chat live with them and still there is no chat option 

 Help me please

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @Moayad-420.

Can you ensure that you are following these steps exactly when trying to contact support:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

If it does not work then you can use a Voice-Over-IP service like Skype or Google Voice and contact our UK support directly, it is best to set your location to the country you are contacting also. The UK support number is  +44 203 0141818  and is available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday.

@Moayad-420 Hey bro, did you manage to resolve this? I'm having the exact same problem and it's impossible to contact a customer service member to sort it!

As @EA_Darko has said, the best way to get back to your account is to follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Contact Us" EA Support Page here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

2. Click "Origin Access" on the bottom right. If on a mobile device you may need to scroll down.

3. Under "Select Option" chose the option "Manage my Account."

4. Under "Select Issue" chose "Can't log in."

5. Click the blue box labeled "Select Contact Option."

*Alternatively, you can try this link to skip the above steps: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=origin-access&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&...

This will give you the option to Chat with an EA Advisor via text only or at the bottom, you can do a live chat.
