I’ve just tried to log into fifa 15 for a laugh and nostalgia, and it asked me for a security question I set up 6 years ago, my account is now locked and I no longer have the Xbox that is a “trusted console” how can I go about getting the account unlocked?

The only way to have your account unlocked is to verify your details with an EA adviser.

Select Origin>platform>manage account and then choose the relevant option.
