Account hacked, the guy cheated, i got banned, and now i have waited 2 weeks

Okay, two weeks ago my account got hacked and the guy cheated on my Apex Legends account, i got my account back and its secure but now i have been banned for two weeks or more, and i have gotten so many promises from EA people that i will get unbanned. The first one was around 24hrs, then 72hrs, then it was 5 days, then around a week and it has now been 2 weeks or so without any answer from EA.

Now im not mad or anything, but i just missed the fight night event and the new season and the Apex anniversary is around the corner and it just ruins everything when u miss something you've waited for, so is there any chance anyone can help?

EA rarely unbans anyone, regardless of why they were banned. They are not backed up or overwhelmed, they are ignoring you.
