Account Progresses SEN (PSN) / EA [ Edited ]

Are all the progresses on Apex of a SEN (PSN) account linked to the SEN (PSN) account itself or are they linked to the EA account? I mean, what happens in these examples:

-Account EA1 is linked to account PS1 and I used to play Apex; account EA2 is linked to account PS2 and I used to play Apex, too; what happens if disconnect EA1 from PS1, and I connect EA1 to PS2? what happens to all the progresses?

-Same situation above, but what happens if I reconnect EA1 to PS3 (SEN account that I never used to play)?
