What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. nothing
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? None
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) i don't know since i didn't play for awhile
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue?
What happens when the bug occurs? Trying to start a game, i don't play since 2 or 3 weeks before the last Season ended.
What should be happening instead? unbanned

This isn't a bug so I'll move this to General discussion for you.
I'm afraid the forum staff aren't equipped to help with banned cases. It would be best to get in touch with the Terms of Service team by filling out the webform. Please check out this EA Help guide for guidance on how to do that: How to get more information about my ban or suspension

Check ur acc for suspicious actions, are your coins there, do u own anything that u didn’t buy, any new badges (espeacially 2-4K dms and 20k) etc bc mine got hacked while I was literally on a 20 min break eating something and said hacker used probably some cheats, if so, ea Support can see who logged in and if any suspicious actions have taken place wich would be more then enlighten reason to appeal the ban

@EA_LannaI would love to pass the new information that i got to the team checking this case, but it seems i can't edit my case. Is there a way to give this information to the proper team? all the new information is resumed here on this reply.
I forgot to mention as well, i play Apex just through Steam, but my Steam is fine, so im pretty sure who was on my account they had a way to crack the security from it... because i don't share any of my accounts.

@Banzai3819Now that you mentioned i went to check the account again... indeed im pretty sure iv skins that maybe i shouldn't have AND im pretty sure those skins were not the ones that i left when i stopped playing...
Although my Origin and Steam accounts are fine so i don't know how they managed to get access to my Apex Legends... iv stuff from the Pride Month or w/e but i didn't play during that time... so someone was indeed in the account."
Edit: More new possible information, when i was checking the account the Easy Anti Cheat gave a blue screen of death and i had to restart my PC, this never happened to me, i don't know if the issue might be related.
