Ive connected my xbox live and EA accounts but my apex legends progress from xbox didnt save over when i download apex on my pc

Hey @_GREENGAMER_1819, as the game does not have cross-save or progression then it is not possible to use your console data on PC or vice versa.

If you are playing on both console and PC then your games will be different and nothing will carry over.

@_GREENGAMER_1819 Devs said they are working on cross progression so it might be a feature in the future, like say in S10 maybe lol
