During my gameplay, as I leveled the Nexus, number of awakened AVP pods would appear like this: 1 / 13; 7 / 20 ... and so on. When Nexus reached lv 20, I think, numbers were something like this: 20 / 28.
I don't think that's clear why it works like and why it limits your pods to a partial quantity. It feels like you failed supporting and reviving the remaining pods (due Nexus level cap). Besides, some of those are virtually much better than others. It's comes down to the order you'll awaken them, whilst there might be a couple of those who will never make it to the list regardless your play style. Besides, aside from the small bonuses, I think there's a lack of REAL impact upon the game, which is to say, on the context.
I like the feature, although it feels half-finished, imho.
