ASP.NET crash on EA Playtesting Site

After the Sign In screen I have a couple times seen an ASP.NET crash. 

System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'D:\ARCSWebservices\EACTE\ArcsPortal\ErrorLog\Error_Log_11-29-2018.txt' because it is being used by another process.

They probably bought the old WoW server blades to use for this service so that's why it's horrible and bogged down. That's what happens when you expect little and then get slammed when using dated tech.
