8-10% Packet Loss Across All Servers

As the title suggests. I'm experiencing 8-10% packet loss across all servers. It's really quite noticeable and sometimes it's exceptionally bad. Typically my teammates will also report poor connection as well so I'm thinking that it may not be me.

Just to be sure I had my ISP come out and checked all my lines. They reported that their was no issues with my service and that everything was working fine with incoming and outgoing signals.

Is anybody else having an issue? Does anybody have a fix?

@Chill-Out-Zone I have. It's been an on-going issue for over a month now.
Perpetual 8-10% packet loss. Any time of the day.
