79 ovr Penny Hardaway wont show

I'm trying to get 83 ovr Penny Hardaway but the 79 ovr won't show up. I have everything I need and tried to replace him with another 79 but he won't show up so I cant get the 83 ovr. I really need help please!!

 I had the same issue with my 83 overall penny. The game has put him in my shooting lineup as well. When I took him out of the shooting lineup, he showed up in my sets. Check all of your lineups. If that doesn’t work, I don’t know.
