380 Headshots, 260 Kills?

To start things off I play on PC, and I'm new to the game. A much higher lvl player killed me and it showed that they had around 380 head shots, and around 260 kills. They were around Lvl 14-17, not 100% sure. 

Is that in any way a normal ratio?

Commonly known as no lifers.

You can headshot without killing someone. It just means it registered a shot to the head.
