3 on 1 Teammates work with opp. To Drag Out Match

Why is I have sit here and take a 10 minute ban for leaving an arena game when there is a 3 on 1 and I want to finish the game to move on to another match  but the other 2 teammate work with the enemy team to make it so I can't kill the opponent and they drag out the game
