20hz Servers & Netcode?

Hi all,

With season 3 fast approaching I was just wondering if there's any patch notes and if anything is being done to fix the shoddy servers, 20 hz? Servers, netcode and hit reg has been terrible since the start.

@UncleAlbert1802 They have to package info different due to the amount of info. Not all about numbers...although improvements can be made.
