17.2 M coins taken mistakenly

Hello,

I just wanted to post this to get advice.

I play FIFA17 on PC.

I sold all these players as attached and I got around 17.2 m coins with me.

However, when Suarez TOTY was sold, my coins went from 5.9 M to 17.2 M and they were wiped in the following morning.

I think that it is because I received too many coins(from selling Suarez). I was not breaking the rules anyway. I did not sell and buy coins.

I saw Ronaldo TOTY was sold on the market around 14-15 M, so I decided to sell all of the expensive players to get him.

I talked with EA advisor and they helped me raise this dispute case to TOS team. Last night I received feedback from the team saying that I broke the rule.

I reexplained and resent my email to lets_talk@ea.com and now is waiting for their feedback. I asked them to provide a full explanation with proof if I have done something to break the rules.

I only sold my players, but they were expensive as you guys can see my attached picture. The prices are higher that other platforms.

Now EA advisor is not helping me and asked me to directly contact TOTS team.
