sims 4 aging glitch

My toddler became a child and I want to change his looks, but I can't because 'The child is aging.' Even though the child had aged 2 Sims-days ago. Neither can I change his toddler bed into a regular bed, because I can't get into the building part. How can I fix this? 

(The cheat testingcheats true -> cas.fulleditmode doesn't work btw.)
