Why won't my already bought expansion packs show up? [ Edited ]

I deleted origin from my laptop and then re downloaded it and when i went back on the game it showed that i "had not bought" those items already. I have spent 100+ dollars on origin and I need this problem fixed as soon as possible this is not fair when someone spends many hours and money on a game for it to show up thankfully sims was not deleted all together and i want a response soon. Thankyou

Your Screenshot says completed for all items not "Buy now" so it appears that you do have them.

Start Origin and log in. In Game Library rightclick The sims 4 and choose Show Game details. Then click Extra content. Doesn't your packs show as Installed?
