So I took like an hour or so break from sims and left it paused. I come back and the command prompt was open and said “ hello, Kiana. This is Miki, just know... that I am always watching”
Miki is my sims name. Kiana is my name.
How is this possible? Has this happened to anyone else? Is my computer hacked? Or is this just some funny creepy thing the sims can do?

With "command prompt" I take it you mean the cheat console that is opened with ctrl-shift-c
If so someone with access to your computer pranked you by typing that sentence in. The game itself will not do that.

Hello @KianaM83!
First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”.
Answer HQ isn't just an ordinary message board or support center. It's a new approach to our community experience and a fun way of helping other players or to get answers (from players & experts)and get back in the game!
Since (by coincidence) my name in this Forum is also Miki*, I'm interested in the Answer to this Question too!
I am not playing Sims so much, but I can tag the colleagues that might know the Answer. @crinrict @EA_Mai @Bluebellflora: Can a Sims game do a "such message"?

I thought I was being pranked too, but nobody was home when this happened. Is it possible someone could have gained access to my computer and typed this in? Like being hacked or something? I’m kind of worried now.

If someone installed Teamviewer or similar they could control your PC from another PC. It is however much more likely someone was at home that you just didn't see.
