UGH BUNDLES WHY [ Edited ]

i bought 3 bundles today the *outdoor retreat spooky stuff & cool kitchen stuff* the *Spa Day, luxury party stuff & perfect patio stuff* & the *Jungle Adventure, toddler stuff & fitness stuff* Bundles. and i redeemed all of the bundles one after the other, the jungle adventures & 2 stuff packs downloaded. the Spa day & 2 stuff packs downloaded, but the outdoor retreat bundle didn't even though i redeemed it, when i mean that i mean it says down the bottom that i dont have it. then i try and reddem it again and that didnt work either so now im stuck Help Please
