My sims wont load even with the new legacy edition. I'm currently repairing the game but its taken about 3 hours and hasn't finalized.
@kaitlinvar756, you can try it this way: Quit Origin (you might have to force quit through the Windows Task Manager ) then clear your cache and try your game again.
