Restaurant doesn't serve all ordered meals [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go out dining to a restaurant, order multiple meals
What happens when the bug occurs? I ordered main course, drinks and desserts for two sims and paid for them all. I got served only the drinks and desserts.
What do you expect to see? I get everything that I ordered, in the right order starting from starters, main course and ending at the dessert.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

As I explained, I went to a restaurant and ordered two dishes: main course and dessert + drink. My sim paid for the whole thing for two sims, but they only served the dessert (which got stolen in the middle of dining by npc sim, btw) and drinks after which my sim and his date left the restaurant automatically. 

To be more exact, I ordered different main courses to these two sims and same dessert. The drinks were also different from each other.

@Sozki This is how the game works. You order one thing and then you eat it and then you order the next.

They only serve what you ordered last. The rest is kinda overwritten.

Once you pay the bill, you end the scenario and can no longer order more.

@crinrictWhy do they then take the money for all ordered items if they won't serve them all? Also why is that not told or coded into the game that you can only add one meal at a time.

@Sozki Are you sure the bill was for everything ? That's how it's always worked and I don't know the reasoning behind it.

@crinrict Can't be completely sure, I can't remember how big the bill was :x still seems something that should be fixed or mentioned at least when making order

It does say replace when you choose another meal

And then it switches away from the things you have selected and other stuff is selected.

I've been having this same problem and I only ordered two items a drink and a dish and they only bring me the drinks. Its happened twice now and the bill stays the same, I pay for all items ordered not just the drinks! Even though I never got the dish I ordered! It don't happen every time either its just random when it does happen!
