I bought what I thought was expansions packs online. Turns out its an account. I'm trying to contact EA to let them know as
"Hello! Thanks for buying an account from our shop. 

Please read carefully the information below.

 

FIRSTLY, DON'T TRY TO CHANGE THE DETAILS FOR YOUR OWN. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT. ANYWAY YOU CAN'T DO THIS.

 

For playing the game you need to 

1) Install The Origin launcher:  https://www.origin.com

2) Login to the client using the information from me

3) Download the game and play

 

If you have some problems (Ban, the wrong login/password, the account stops working one day) please:

Don't hurry to panic and write a negative feedback.

Just write us here or in Ebay messages and we will decide you problem. It can take some time (about half of day).

We are also humans and can't be online 24/7 

 

Besides I have a proposal: If you leave the positive feedback - I give you a free random account with different game/games.

And then account info. I'm assuming this isnt allowed as if I cant change the password its account sharing.

Looking for info on what to do. Thank you.
