Not Wearing Hijabs to Work

I know that this is probably more likely to be an oversight rather than a bug, but when my hijabi sims change into their work uniform they remove their hijabs and I find it really frustrating. Is there any way that this can be fixed so that sims who wear hijabs do not remove them when wearing career outfits? 

I'm pretty sure that this was an issue with glasses at some point but I don't know how it was resolved. 

That being said, I'm really really pleased that they added hijabs into the base game. Good on you Sims team!!!

@Fitzy2754 Use this cheat: sims.modify_career_outfit_in_cas while the Sim you want to change is active.

It's just for that Sim.

@Fitzy2754 You should be able to edit the career outfit with a cheat.

I don't remember but are other hats retained on the career outfit ?

@crinrict does editing the career outfit change it for the whole save or just for that one sim? 
Also I don't know about other hats but I think things like glasses and piercings stay on
