@37911927  I split your comment into its own thread because the previous thread was about The Sims 3, and quite old.

You don't need a product code to install or reinstall TS4.  Just sign into your Origin account and go to your library.  Click on the TS4 icon and start the download.  You won't be asked to provide a code at any point during the install process.
