@manuelandersen, at this point there is no news on any casino packs or items for the Sims 4.  The only upcoming content confirmed is the Realm of Magic Game Pack (GP) coming out on PC/Mac on Sept 10, and October 15 for consoles. 

So, it is anyone's guess if they will have a casino pack in the future or not.  We don't know anything until we get official announcements from EA.
