Ideal Emotion Listed in Tooltip [ Edited ]

This is a request for the ideal emotion for each skill to be listed in the skill's tooltip.

@canelacaliente That sounds like a great idea! I would recommend that you share this suggestion on the suggestions/feedback thread. @SheriGR This isn't a new feature request.  This is requesting them to add one sentence of text to each of the skill tooltips.  Nevermind.  I just realized this is a copy and pasted response that is not very helpful.
