Got reward didn't purchase

I was looking at the rewards on my Sims aspirations and saw that at least one reward was purchased but I never purchased it and don't want it.  What's the return policy?  All jokes aside, can I do something that will remove that "reward" that says was purchased?  If I don't get the points back, that's fine.

you can use a cheat to remove the trait.
