Can't Build a Bundle [ Edited ]

Every time I go to build a bundle i get the notification that 'bundling is not available' and that I'm 'quite the collector'. I don't have all EPs/GPs/SPs so I'm confused as to why this is happening. I've looked through the forums and I've seen people say they can bundle Island Living (which is the only EP i don't have) so I'm unsure as to why this is happening. I have just cleared my cache on Origin (like 10 minutes ago) so that shouldn't(?) be the problem. Is there a solution to this or do i just have to wait? Thank you

Thanks to a fellow helper I have a link here to a discussion which informs us that apparently there is currently a 'The Sims 4' sale. 'Island Living' is not included in the sale, but will return to the  'create your own bundle' area once this sale ends on July 18, 2019 (10am PDT ).
