BUGS!!! Cheats

I have gtw so I know that i have to use the cheat with the extra "buff_" but that's not working at all. My sim just got pregnant and I've tried both sims.add_buff buff_pregnancy_inlabor and sims.add_buff pregnancy_inlabor and neither works at all. I've restarted my game and I don't have any mods or cc. This is a 6 sim household, could that be the cause? It's 5 Sims and 1 dog.
