Hello! I connected a Visa gift card and my credit card into my PayPal and bought multiple Sims expansion packs. I was under the impression that my purchases were being transacted from my gift card, however, about $100 was taken from my credit card without my knowledge. Only recently (last week) I found out that the money was taken from my credit card.
These purchases were accidental and were taken from my credit card without my knowledge. Is there any way that I can receive a refund? The purchases were made within 2 weeks and were only utilized for two days. Thank you!
