Mut rewards

I have completed all the challenges and gotten the rewards and bought a pack yet it says I have completed none of these

Same here!!!!! Any outcome yet!? I even brought some players and can’t use them.. I thought buying the starter pack for 59) would unlock it and it hasn’t

Date/time issue occurred:
Are you getting an error message? 
What were you doing when it happened?
What was the last action you completed before it happened?
How often does the bug occur?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have:

I have complete all of the intro challenges and bought the upgrade pack for 300 coins. I got all the cards but have not received any "field pass" points. and none of the challenges are marked "complete". I have tried all of the following to resolve

• quit app, complete challenges again. (tried this 5 times)
• uninstall game completely, reinstall, complete challenges
• log out of gamertag and back in, complete challenges (tried 5 times)
• spend more money in store to upgrade team (bought elite packs)
• log into DIFFERENT Gamer tag, complete challenges(this worked actually)

So there appears to be some bug related to my gamer tag, since playing MUT on the same install with a different gamer tag allowed the challenges to be marked complete. HOWEVER, I had the special edition Madden that came with about $50 in mut currency which I already spent on my main gamer tag (was hoping this would fix the glitch).

MUT is COMPLETELY UNPLAYABLE on my main gamertag, as it is stuck in the "Start your Ultimate Team" screen.
