I waited the 48 hours and did not receive the make rights for users who were unable to access MUT during the timeframe of 12/25 to 1/11.

It's possible the makegoods are still taking some time to be received. If you haven't yet, perform a hard restart of your system and load back in to Madden to see if it's been received. If not, wait another day and try contacting an advisor.
