MUT make rights are still not available for me even though I was locked out

I was locked out of 90% of Madden ultimate team only being able to do a few challenges around the time that people are getting make rights for this, I was unable do anything with the field pass or anything online which inhibited me from being able to keep up with my friends, this causes me to be much behind them. I believe I deserve this make right and I have waited at least the 48 hours they said to

It's possible the makegoods are still taking some time to be received. If you haven't yet, perform a hard restart of your system and load back in to Madden to see if it's been received.
