swtor account disputes not responding

So I have a problem with my account and I already made a topic about it, I was told to give you a call which is what I did. Then I was told to write an email to account disputes and I did it. My problem is that I'm waiting for over week and still didn't get any answer. Can you tell me what's going on because I really want to play this game again and I'm not going to create new account.

The only reason to contact account disputes is normally if your account is suspended or banned. Is that what the person on the phone told you was wrong with your account or something else?

I read your other post but the solution was to call and the EA response said your account was fine. What did the customer service representative on the phone say?

They said that retriving my account could be difficult and I should write an email to disputes and they told what the email was.

Just to be sure you were given the right email address, are you sending the emails to swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com or were you given a different address?

Will have to wait until next week as EA_Kipling is gone for the weekend now and is back on Monday, account disputes are a different team though, however may be able to establish if your email arrived.

I couldn't actually find a SWTOR account linked to your Patrix14 origin ID. What's your account's Display Name? I'll check and see if there's anything else going on or something else you/we need to do.
