It appears the linked EA account with the persona bama7607 is banned due to being compromised 

you will need to open a ticket via help.ea.com for origin and banned account 

HOW TO CONTACT US ABOUT BANS OR SUSPENSIONS

If you think you’ve been banned by mistake, here’s how to open a case and let us know:

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
3. Choose your platform ( choose origin )
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any additional details.
   • For example, it might ask you if you are playing the game through an EA Play membership.
6. Click Select contact option at the bottom of the screen.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you haven’t already.
8. Fill out the attached webform to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.
