Unfortunately this is not something they will not be able to resolve via the forums. If your a subscriber send an in-game ticket with what you are missing, when you made the purchase and they can further investigate it.
If you are not a subscriber, you will need to email support@swtor.com with your Display Name, Server and what you are missing and include the date you purchased and redeemed the code.
