my game opens but dosent display correctly aka small black line in corner [ Edited ]

i launch the game when it opens everything turns big aka icons desktop apps ex. and the game is just a tiny line in the top left corner.

When it is like that press the ALT +Enter keys to switch to window mode then adjust as needed ingame
