Hi there! Same deal as everyone else, seems like. I was able to change my password on my EA account, but even when using a different browser/incognito window I wasn't able to purchase cartel coins. Could use some help!

Have flagged with support ,response could be in about 4 - 5 hrs providing an agent is online on Saturday (usually there is)

Your account has been sent to studio for fixing, they should email when it is fixed
to subscribe for now as a workaround, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

Thought easier to tag those asking all at once about the account issue
I have been informed that they have made progress on the fix , so hopefully not too much longer for this to be resolved now.
They will email everyone as soon as the fix is promulgated across all the affected accounts
Not much i know, but the update did sound promising.

Well sadly here we are on day 4 and still no resolution or email with an update. It is getting harder to want to give EA money when they can't even correct an issue to let me pay them.
@proxos666 any word on your end? I mean I have an active account with up to date CC info. How can a software company not get their own systems to talk?

And even if your CC info wasn't up to date, you wouldn't be able to access it at all because of this error - I know because mine has old info attached to it but I get the same error when I try to update it.
