game frozen on loading screen

ok so i recently got a new hp computer, its a laptop that is far better than my small dell that i was playing swtor on, ok so i completely downloaded it one time previously and it would freeze up and it would be on a loading screen in the top right corner of my computer someone please help

When it goes like that press the ALT + Enter keys see if that brings the game back
